Paul Jaswal has 30+ years combined technical experience in both Clinical and Diagnostic Pathology settings. As an expert in regulatory compliance, he has acted as Director of Operations, Manager of Lab Services, and a Bench tech for small and large clinics and hospitals.

- Staff Technical Training
- Compliance and Lab Startups for CLIA waived, moderate and high complexity laboratories.
- Optimization of lab operations, particularly in moderate and highly complex operations that include Molecular (qPCR, conventional, sequencing), Histology, FISH, Cytogenetics, and Flowcytometry.
- Adding new tests to existing platforms, including validation protocols

The National Network was created to be a collective group of consultants. We are providing connections to clients needing assistance with regulatory compliance for lab startups to existing labs. Our consultants have years of technical experience that help fill gaps in communication and education in the medical field who recognized the need for a platform for laboratory consultants to join and share their expertise. Our mission is to empower laboratory consultants, and to collectively raise the standards in laboratories, clinics, and hospitals.
