Experience:Flow Cytometry Subject matter expert in clinical and research laboratories, in the field for 30+ years. Experience with many flow cytometers from various vendors; built over one hundred multicolor immunophenotypic panels from 3-12 colors. These include, Leukemia/Lymphoma, ALL and CLL MRD, PNH, DNA cell cycle, Immune monitoring, Stem cell and CD34 enumeration. Experience with lab startups: laboratory site selection, hiring and training of the staff, managing teams, data analysis, working on the bench, communicating with physicians/clients, creating proprietary software flow related, and abundance of additional assets both technical and flow business related to share with a thriving laboratory.
