Her career has spanned roles including phlebotomist, medical technologist, lead technologist, laboratory manager, instructor, and technical support specialist, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of laboratory operations from the bench to leadership. Jessica specializes in laboratory workflow optimization, quality improvement, accreditation readiness, staff training, and regulatory compliance, helping organizations strengthen efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
