I have over 25 years of experience in the Healthcare/Laboratory Industry. My experience range from Hospital Laboratories to Reference Laboratories. I specialize in Quality, Compliance and Operational Oversight. I have successfully contributed to establishing over 15 new labs over the country. I have an extremely successful track record with Inspections covering CLIA, COLA, CAP, and Local/State/Federal Regulator bodies. I have knowledge in all areas of the Lab and I enjoy what we accomplish as Laboratorians. As part of my experience, I have created both a Quality and Compliance Department. I have been responsible for the regulatory oversight of all company departments including but not limited to: Billing, Sales, Marketing, Clinical Trials, and Phlebotomy. I have management and operational experience in the following areas: Molecular Diagnostics, Histology, Cytology, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Toxicology, Microbiology, Immunology, and Coagulation. As Laboratorians we play a vital role in Healthcare. Our industry is ever changing and I enjoy contributing to patient care.
