I am the CLIA Laboratory Director at Burning Rock Dx, a leading precision oncology company that develops and commercializes innovative molecular diagnostics for cancer patients. I have over 6 years of experience in directing CLIA-certified laboratories for germline/somatic testing, biomarker discovery, and clinical research. Additional, I have experience in FDA510K device submission. I hold a PhD in Human Genetics from UCLA, an MS in Biology from Stanford University, and an MD from UC Irvine, where I also completed an Anatomic Pathology Residency. I have multiple publications and patents in the field of molecular oncology, and I have contributed to the development and validation of several novel assays and platforms for cancer diagnosis and treatment. My core competencies include biomarker development, molecular pathology, medical genetics, quality management, and regulatory compliance. I am passionate about applying cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to improve the outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients. I work with a talented and diverse team of scientists, clinicians, and engineers to advance the mission and vision of Burning Rock Dx.
