I am a self-motivated, professional who excels in organizational leadership with more than 25 years of medical laboratory experience including operations in the clinical laboratory (technical and support areas), outreach, logistics, warehouse, customer service and project management across multiple geographical regions. Breadth of my experience is in hospitals, health systems, POLs, reference laboratories and R&D labs wishing to pursue licensure. Others regard me as a highly organized, detail-oriented, logical decision-maker, who is able to coordinate multiple tasks and projects successfully. Setting clear expectations (for self and others), communicating those expectations and providing the resources to produce successful outcomes have been some of the key elements to success in my career.
