Description
Consultants in the National Network can provide written programs to assist with the systematic monitoring and evaluation of your Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
There are many programs to choose from, but we have tested systems that have been put through CLIA, COLA, JC and CAP inspections. This includes an FDA audit.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control have been often used interchangeably. QA and QC are very similar but have very distinct defined differences. Quality Assurance is proactive monitoring in nature, process-oriented and looks at “root cause” of a quality system. Quality control is a subset of QA activities, which is “reactive” and product-oriented and looks at the operational techniques and activities.
